Term of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTCS") govern sales concluded between Maison Hécatelle and any person making a purchase via the website (hereinafter "the Customer").

Placing an order implies full and complete acceptance of these GTCS.

The Customer may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/site-relocation_en

1. Products

The products offered for sale are lingerie items designed and carefully selected by Hécatelle.

Each product is presented with the greatest possible accuracy (descriptions, images). However, slight variations may occur, particularly due to display settings.

2. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€), exclusive of all taxes. As a micro-enterprise benefiting from the VAT exemption scheme (Art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code), no VAT applies.

Hécatelle reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is placed.

3. Ordering

The Customer places an order via the website.

An order is considered final upon:

- Validation of the shopping cart
- Acceptance of the GTCS
- Confirmation of payment

A confirmation email is sent to the Customer.

Hécatelle reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a prior dispute or suspicion of fraud.

4. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

Accepted payment methods are those offered on the site via secure service providers (e.g., bank card, online payment solutions).

Transactions are secure, and banking data is not stored by Hécatelle.

5. Delivery

Delivery terms are detailed in the Shipping Policy available on the site.

Hécatelle cannot be held liable for delays attributable to carriers.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European regulations, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Return procedures are specified in the Return and Refund Policy.

7. Returns and refunds

Conditions regarding returns, eligibility, and refunds are defined in our Return and Refund Policy.

For hygiene reasons, certain items may be excluded from returns.

Items with a broken Hécatelle seal cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

8. Statutory warranty

Products are covered by statutory warranties regarding conformity and hidden defects, in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

In the event of a defective product, the Customer is invited to contact customer service.

9. Liability

Hécatelle shall not be held liable for damage resulting from improper use of the products.

Hécatelle shall not be held liable in cases of *force majeure*.

10. Personal data

Collected information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual property

All elements of the site (texts, images, visual identity) are protected and remain the exclusive property of Hécatelle.

12. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be prioritized.

Failing that, French courts shall have jurisdiction.

The Customer may also use an online dispute resolution platform in accordance with European regulations.

13. Modification of Terms and Conditions

Hécatelle reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable Terms and Conditions are those in effect at the time of the order.
